Multifamily
Multifamily electrical permit packet
Duplex through apartment work uses NEC 220.84 when the building qualifies. The packet has to show house loads separately from dwelling units, and the schedules have to match the one-line feeder by feeder.
Per-unit schedules, one calc
PermitPak builds a schedule for each unit panel plus the house panel, then rolls them into one Article 220.84 demand. Unit count is what sets the method and the price — 2–10 units is $199, 11 and up is $349.
Elevators, house HVAC, and common-area loads are marked as house load so they are not treated as another dwelling.
What ships in the packet
Every job produces six 11×17 sheets: cover, general electrical notes, single line diagram, panel schedules, electrical load calculation, and utility service data. The title block carries your company, license, and revision history.
A residential set is $89. Multifamily and commercial are priced from unit count and floor area. Corrections and re-downloads stay free on that job.
